Qualified construction professionals requested for building renovations to include classrooms, administrative office spaces, common spaces. Pre-proposal meeting Wednesday, December 18th!
Coweta Charter Academy (CCA), operated by the Georgia Charter Educational Foundation, is excited to announce an opportunity for qualified construction professionals to submit proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) services for Phase 1 Interior Renovations at our campus, located at 6675 E Highway 16, Senoia, Georgia.
The selected firm will oversee improvements on an active school campus, prioritizing student and staff safety while managing construction in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The CM@R will provide pre-construction services, including cost estimation and scheduling, and will commit to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) prior to construction.
Project Overview:
Phase 1 involves interior renovations to enhance classrooms, administrative areas, and common spaces. Future project phases include the construction of a 7,000-square-foot gym and a cafetorium, as well as additional classroom and office space. Work will be scheduled to minimize disruptions and align with school breaks, with a targeted completion by the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

π THIS Friday, November 22nd! π
π΅ Pay $5 (cash only) to dress down and show off your style!
Hello CCA Families,
We are excited for our monthly “Pay Up 2 Dress Down” day this Friday, November 22nd. Throughout the week make sure to check your email and our social media for reminders about the program.
Still wondering “How does Pay Up 2 Dress Down work?”.....Great question!
Pay up 2 Dress Down allows students to pay $5 for a wrist band on a designated Friday each month and dress down/not be in uniform. Students can pay for a wristband in the lobby at a kiosk labeled “PAY UP 2 DRESS DOWN” and we will only accept cash. The funds will benefit programs for the school and student activities. To ensure the integrity of the program, we will use a different color wrist band for each month. The students will need to adhere to the non-uniform dress code provided in the student handbook. If a student chooses to wear a non-uniform and does not have a wristband they will have to call home for a change of clothes or spend the day in ISS.
We are excited to see the non-uniform fashions that the students choose to show-off their style. If you have any questions about the program or the Non-Uniform Dress Code please contact Maggie Peters at maggie.peters@
