General Steps to Add a Safe Sender

Option 1: Add the Email to Your Contacts

• Open an email from Coweta Charter Academy.
• Click on the sender’s name or email address.
• Select Add to Contacts or Save Contact (the wording may vary).

Option 2: Mark as "Not Spam"

If an email from the school has gone to your Spam/Junk folder:

• Open your Spam/Junk folder.
• Find an email from Coweta Charter Academy.
• Click Not Spam or Move to Inbox (this varies by email provider).

Gmail

1. Open Gmail and go to your inbox.
2. Find an email from @cowetacharteracademy.org and open it.
3. Click the three dots (More) in the top-right corner.
4. Select "Filter messages like this".
5. Click "Create filter".
6. Check "Never send it to Spam" and "Always mark as important".
7. Click "Create filter".

Outlook (Hotmail, Live, MSN, Office365)

1. Go to Settings (⚙️) in Outlook.
2. Click View all Outlook settings.
3. Select Junk email from the left menu.
4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

Yahoo Mail

1. Open Yahoo Mail and go to your inbox.
