Media Release

In exchange for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, parent or legal guardian must complete the Photograph, Interview, and Testimonial Media Release to grant Coweta Charter Academy, its Board of Directors, its legal representatives, successors and assigns, and those acting with their authority and permission (collectively, “CCA”) the right and permission to use, re-use, publish, republish, and copyright (in CCA’s own name and otherwise) testimonials, interviews, and photographic portraits, pictures, images and/or likenesses.
